Jyotirmoy is a seasoned microfinance professional with over 25 years of experience working at the grassroot level experiencing the problems faced by the rural masses first hand. He is a social entrepreneur having already set up and running a microfinance institution. He has worked with several large microfinance institutions of India and has experienced diverse geographies across India. Jyotirmoy is a Post graduate in Rural Development from Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan.
Dharmesh is a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience of statutory and internal compliances in addition to extensively working in the microfinance sector. He has done several due diligences of micro finance institutions across India and has helped a lot of finance companies raise loans from the market for onward lending. He along with Jyotirmoy was one of the co-founders in setting up a microfinance institution earlier.
