Management Team
Jai Kumar is a seasoned microfinance professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams of 300+ employees and managed operations across five states. His expertise lies in business expansion, sales growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams, with a proven track record of establishing and scaling operations in new geographies.
He began his career as a Field Officer and was among the founding batch of employees during the early years of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions with leading microfinance institutions, including Tarashna Financial Services (now Satin Finserv Limited), Satya MicroCapital Limited, and Capital Trust Limited, where he served as a State Head.
In 2022, he joined the Jigyasa family and currently leads the operational business functions of Jigyasa Microfinance while also serving as the Business Head of Jigyasa Rurban Distribution Services. Under his leadership, the organization has focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and expanding its presence into new markets.
He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance, combining strong academic credentials with deep industry expertise and a results-oriented leadership approach.

Manish Xalxo
Group Manager : Human Resource
Manish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. He has been associated with the Jigyasa Rurban Project since its inception and currently leads the Human Resource function for both Jigyasa Rurban Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. and Jigyasa Microfinance. He oversees talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational development, and people management across the organization.

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Bansal College of Engineering. As the Store Incharge at Jigyasa Rurban, he is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, stock planning, inward and outward logistics, and ensuring adherence to store processes. With over 6 years of experience he plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse management.
Ajay Nagar
Area Sales Manager
Ajay has extensive experience in the microfinance sector, having started his career with Jigyasa Microfinance and later gaining over 2 years of experience with leading microfinance institutions, including Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. His strong understanding of microfinance operations and rural customer engagement enables him to effectively lead the Jigyasa Rurban Project and its unique distribution model. He is responsible for driving field operations, strengthening team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across his assigned area.
Bhavesh Nihaniya
Accounts Executive
Bhavesh Nihaniya handles accounting and financial assignments, preparation and maintenance of books of accounts, GST and TDS-related work, bank and ledger reconciliation, financial documentation, and coordination for audit and statutory compliance. He supports the organization in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Logistics Incharge
Praveen oversees the logistics function at Jigyasa Rurban, ensuring the smooth movement of goods from the warehouse to delivery locations. He is responsible for transportation planning, fleet coordination, Vehicle maintenance, and timely product dispatch. With a strong focus on process discipline and operational efficiency, he plays a key role in maintaining a reliable and seamless supply chain.

Senior Executive
Pooja is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the Jigyasa Rurban team with over 8 years of professional experience. She is responsible for managing customer insurance processes, coordinating insurance-related documentation, monitoring field activities, and providing backend operational support. She also compiles MIS reports and shares key updates with the management to ensure smooth operations. Alongside her professional responsibilities, She has Completed her graduation and is committed to building a successful career in management.
