Mr. Jyotirmoy Ghosh

Founder

Jyotirmoy Ghosh is a highly experienced microfinance industry professional with more than 25 years of extensive grassroots-level experience and deep understanding of the challenges faced by rural communities. Over the years, he has worked closely with underserved populations and gained practical exposure to rural livelihoods, financial inclusion, and community development.

 He is also a dedicated social entrepreneur who has successfully contributed to the establishment and management of a microfinance institution. His leadership and vision have played an important role in promoting sustainable financial services and empowering rural households. 

Mr. Jyotirmoy Ghosh has worked with several leading microfinance institutions across India and possesses wide-ranging experience across diverse geographical regions of the country. His professional journey has provided him with strong expertise in field operations, rural development strategies, institutional management, and community engagement. 

He holds a postgraduate degree in Rural Development from Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, which has further strengthened his understanding of rural socioeconomic development and inclusive growth. 

Mr. Dharmesh Tarvecha

Founder

Dharmesh Tarvecha is a Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of extensive experience in the microfinance sector, specializing in statutory compliance, internal compliance, financial management, and operational processes. Along with his professional expertise, he has also worked extensively at the field and institutional levels within the microfinance industry.

 He has conducted several due diligence assessments for microfinance institutions across India and has played a significant role in assisting finance companies in raising market borrowings and obtaining lending support for onward financing activities. His strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and institutional governance has contributed effectively to the growth and stability of various organizations. 

Mr. Dharmesh Tarvecha was also one of the co-founders associated with Jyotirmoy Ghosh in establishing and developing a microfinance institution, where both worked together with a shared vision of financial inclusion and rural empowerment.
